Stemming from an occupational psychology background, our consultants integrate these skills with business knowledge, social and developmental psychology, and occasionally philosophy.
We are always interested in hearing from individuals with a psychology background who aren’t afraid to expand and develop their current skills. A strong grasp of assessment, psychometrics, coaching, training or development consultancy is required and a track record in business development and relationship building is desirable.
