After working together as headhunters, John Corson and Hazel Carter-Showell became interested in the attitudes and behaviours of senior people in business. A mutual passion to understand the psychology of why some people fail in jobs despite their capability signalled the formation of CarterCorson.
Established in 1999 by Hazel Carter-Showell and John Corson, CarterCorson set out to develop an approach which would give organisations the level of self-awareness required to ensure success in areas such as corporate change, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, management development and succession planning.
