After working together as headhunters, John Corson and Hazel Carter-Showell became interested in the attitudes and behaviours of senior people in business. A mutual passion to understand the psychology of why some people fail in jobs despite their capability signalled the formation of CarterCorson.
Established in 1999, CarterCorson set out to develop an approach which would give organisations the level of self-awareness required to ensure success in areas such as corporate change, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, management development and succession planning.
Today CarterCorson continues to apply psychology to a wide range of business problems. From large corporates to SMEs and the Public Sector - in particular the NHS - we work with you to manage the impact of behaviour and culture on your people, leading to greater synergy, productivity and individual and organisational effectiveness.
From our offices in Manchester, CarterCorson provide consultancy services throughout the UK, Europe and USA.
