Change management

Culture change

Put simply, culture is 'the way things are done around here' and consists of the core values and business objectives of an organisation, the 'taken for granted' beliefs of each employee, and the means of operating that are followed in order to 'get on'. Of critical importance during a culture change programme is for senior leaders to have a clear understanding of the desired culture, and to measure the current discrepancy between now and the future. Engagement

Engagement is an individual’s sense of purpose and focused energy, which is visible to others by their adaptability, effort and persistence towards organisational goals. It has been estimated that unengaged workers in the UK cost the economy upwards of £59.4 billion annually. As business psychologists, we understand the factors which facilitate and hinder engagement.

We can measure your employees’ engagement levels and then work with you to create an environment which promotes the engagement of your employees in order to make your organisation more effective. Performance Management

Effective performance management systems align organisational activities and processes to the overall goals of the organisation, and provide a consistent basis for comparison during periods of change. We work with you to understand the direction of your organisation, and design performance management processes which effectively measure the values, behaviours and output of your employees. Our appraisal systems are easy to use, and managers are provided with the support they need in order to run effective performance management meetings.

We can design typical line manager appraisals, 360-degree appraisal systems and balanced scorecard approaches which identify the drivers of performance, ensuring that no one competency is achieved at the expense of another.
