Executive Coaching

Coaching and mentoring are linked to many benefits: enhanced performance, accelerated development, improved relationships, goal achievement, increased self-awareness and greater confidence, as well as equipping individuals with the ability to solve their own problems.

Benefits are not restricted to a person’s professional performance but can also extend to their personal life, including a better work/life balance, lower stress levels and improved family relationships. Organisational benefits include increased productivity, employee commitment and retention.

Coaching

Our highly skilled consultants come from a range of backgrounds, sectors and roles and have years of experience in helping people achieve their goals. Members of the International Coaching Federation, they are trained in a number of tools, including personality and 360-degree instruments, to equip our clients with an understanding of the impact of their personality, behaviours and values on their organisation, together with a process for addressing the future. We are able to match coaches to coachees based on the particular challenges they would like to work on.

We support and challenge our coachees, working hard to instil confidence to tackle challenges without creating over-reliance on us in the longer term.

Our clients have seen the benefits of coaching in all kinds of business situations, including:

  • talent management – to unleash potential
  • leadership development – developing authentic leadership skills
  • career transitions – helping people through promotion, outplacement or retirement
  • team building – as individual support to team events
  • managing derailment – re-engaging disconnected staff
  • resilience coaching – developing strategies to cope with pressure
